Thank you for checking out our online personal training service, with this service we train clients over the internet with safe and appropriate exercises for each individual client, leading toward your personal fitness goal/s.
We're highly skilled fitness professionals with over 20 years experience in exercise programming knowledge, which spans across Exercise Anatomy and Physiology, Fitness Testing, Nutrition and Weight Management, Programme Administration and Motivation.
Exercise demos: each client is given one of the best exercise and anatomy books around; it looks at technique and the different muscles working with each exercise movement.
Online assessment: we start out by assessing your individual fitness level and take the appropriate steps toward your personal fitness goal/s, using proper exercise planning and selection for your fitness level and training history.
Training components: we use the 5 classic components of fitness which are muscular strength, muscular endurance, body composition, cardiovascular endurance, and flexibility, taking you through each process at a time making sure you and your body are ready for the next level.
Motivation: this is one of our (the personal trainers) key roles, we aim to offer as much guidance and support as possible. A training programme is worthless if the diet and nutrition is letting the side down, So using a special Nutritional Questionnaire and food diaries we advise the good the bad and the ugly when it comes to food
The advantages of online personal training are:
*Bespoke training programme: - on completion of an in-depth medical and exercise questionnaire you will receive a weekly training plan which will include resistance, cardiovascular, core and flexibility training designed specifically for your individual needs. All programmes will be accompanied by full instructions with exercises demos and will be designed to take into account your weekly time commitments and the facilities you have available. You will also have email access to your trainer who will be there to support, guide and encourage you as you follow the programmes provided. The programme will be progressive and will be built on week by week to keep you progressing.
**Nutritional analysis: - you will be provided with a detailed questionnaire and food diary to keep for 5 - 7 days which, when returned to us, will be analysed by one of our nutritional consultants. Within 48 hours you will receive personalised eating plans, menus, shopping lists, recipes, hints and tips on how to eat for success, manage your weight and improve your health. Email support is also available and you will be able contact your nutritional advisor with any questions or queries you may have.
