Based in Finsbury Park, we have access to a private non-members gym and studio owned by Premier training. You and the trainer both meet at the gym for personal training sessions, this option is only available for 1hr sessions.

Home training:

The choice of many and by far the most pampering, your personal trainer comes to you and sessions are taken from the luxury of your living room, garden or anywhere you have the space.

Local Park training:

One of our favourites and most of our clients for that fact, with this option movement is plentiful and so can the intensity. Fresh, free and by far a hidden gem of a venue.

The costs are very simple and work on a monthly basis where a standing order is setup. Every personal training plan member will also gain free access to our Bootcamp classes at no extra cost.

Motivation:

This is one of our (the personal trainers) key roles, we aim to offer as much guidance and support as possible. A training programme is worthless if the diet and nutrition is letting the side down so we’ve put together a simple guide to food and its main categories, breaking them down and showing you the good the bad and the ugly when it comes to choosing what goes in.

Training guide:

With our training and nutritional guide when you start Personal training, this is a brand new service to get all of our personal training clients fighting fit in the kitchen and not just in the gym.
