Andreas Michael – Managing Director / Personal trainer/ Online PT
Andreas has been in the fitness industry for over ten years starting out as a fitness instructor and while progressing through to class instructor to now personal trainer and fitness writer. He took to health and fitness as an early age with a keen passion for long distance running but also greatly enjoyed trying his hand as other sports before joining a gym for the first time.
Andreas has gained knowledge in a number of different training styles, goal sets and equipment modalities through hands on practical experience including weightlifting, strength conditioning, indoor cycling, fat loss, and kettlebells.
As a keen writer Andreas has been put an increasing number of different “How To” based articles together for likes of Ultra-Fit magazine and Metro Fitness websites, and is eager to make print.
