Time to Get back in shape with Us!
Shape up and look fab at our new look and fresh boot camp stating up again for the year 2010, using the same great location of Alexandra park. Stubborn fat you have been warned!
Results are a must and we wouldn’t offer anything less, so we aim to:
- Help you lose inches
- Tone up your legs, midsection, and arms
- Increase in strength and stamina
- Make you look and feel energized yet relaxed throughout the day
Boot camp has never been so thrilling!
Our Boot Camp classes welcomes everyone of all ages and levels of fitness, each session is for 1hr and will hit the whole body top to toe using a number of different training systems:
- Circuit training
- Speed and agility drills
- Core strengthening
- Body conditioning
- Tabata style training
Also adding some key old style movement's that will get your heart racing, blood boiling and the results pouring in.
