[learn_more caption="I have a knee problem, should I join?"]At Boot camp we do a lot of different exercise which allows you to work at your own pace, plus modifications are given for many of the exercises. That being said, because of the large number of squats and lunges we do, if you have any SERIOUS knee injury or disability it would be best that you consult a physician for approval before signing up for Boot Camp Fitness. Some running may also be included within a session[/learn_more]

[learn_more caption="What if it’s really cold outside?"]Dress warmly because fall Boot Camp Fitness sessions will be outside.
